Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, confirmed that the ongoing cooperation between the ministry and the General Authority for Healthcare reflects the state's vision to build a conscious generation that possesses health and physical fitness and understands the importance of its role as a key partner in building the Egyptian citizen. He explained that the ministry places great importance on supporting health initiatives that contribute to raising awareness among youth, noting that cooperation with the Healthcare Authority enhances integration between state institutions in supporting youth, empowering them, and developing their capabilities in line with the goals of the new republic. She pointed out that the role played by the Authority in integrating environmental frameworks within the health sector aligns with Egypt's Vision 2030 and reflects an advanced institutional awareness of the importance of managing resources sustainably to ensure safe health services and a better quality of life for future generations, noting that state support for the health sector complements efforts to address climate change and achieve sustainability. Major General Engineer Mokhtar Abdel-Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, confirmed that cooperation with the General Authority for Healthcare comes within the framework of the state's direction to deepen national industry in the field of medical technology, pointing out that the Arab Organization for Industrialization sees this cooperation as an important lever for building technical and industrial capabilities capable of competing regionally and internationally. He explained that the partnership with the Authority represents a model for integration between state institutions to achieve self-sufficiency in medical equipment and enhance the quality of health services provided to citizens. Ambassador Nabila Makram, Head of the Technical Secretariat for the National Alliance for Civil Action and former Minister of Immigration, confirmed that the cooperation protocol with the Healthcare Authority represents an important step to enhance social protection networks and support the state's efforts in caring for the most needy groups. She pointed out that the National Alliance for Civil Action has a wide network of partners and community support programs that contribute to raising health awareness, improving the quality of services provided to citizens, and enhancing integration between state institutions and civil society. She added that cooperation with the Authority contributes to providing effective health and humanitarian interventions, especially in the most needy areas, in line with the state's directions towards achieving health justice and establishing the principles of "dignified living" on the ground. The signing of all protocols was witnessed by Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Healthcare Authority, as well as the Minister of Youth and Sports, the Minister of Local Development and Acting Minister of Environment, the Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and the Head of the Technical Secretariat for the National Alliance for Civil Action, in a step that reflects high governmental coordination and full institutional support to expand national partnerships and enhance joint efforts to develop the health sector. The cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Youth and Sports was signed by Major General Ihab Bashir, the Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry, and Dr. Amir El-Talwani, Executive Director of the Authority, with the aim of implementing the "Sports Heart" initiative and providing the necessary spaces for its implementation, including youth learning and innovation centers, youth and sports development centers, and sports training centers.
