Lang Lang, known as one of the most famous pianists in the world of classical music, opened the first edition of the "Echoes of the Pyramids" festival, which carries the slogan "Cradle of Civilizations... A Meeting of Arts and Cultures," with an exceptional concert that combines lyricism and impressionism (Franz Liszt, Frédéric Chopin, Claude Debussy) and outstanding technical skill in the Grieg Piano Concerto, accompanied by the Royal British Orchestra conducted by Ben Palmer.
Lang Lang expressed his happiness to perform at the opening concert, saying: "Thank you, Egypt, for hosting me... playing under the pyramids is a dream for me, and it is now coming true."
