CORE SUBJECT

Soft displacement network of Palestinians from Gaza Strip

A journalistic report published by Haaretz revealed a complex and organized network behind the transfer of hundreds of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip to third countries such as South Africa, Malaysia, and Indonesia, primarily involving the Al-Majd company and the newly established Israeli Voluntary Immigration Office.

The report stated that a group of about 100 Palestinians from Gaza left Israel on the evening of Wednesday, November 12, 2025. They had departed Gaza early Wednesday morning and, after undergoing Israeli security checks at the Kerem Abu Salem crossing, were transported by buses to Ramon Airport near Eilat. There, they boarded a chartered flight to Nairobi, Kenya, and then transferred to another chartered plane that landed in Johannesburg on Thursday morning.

However, the Gazans were shocked when the South African government refused to receive them and wanted to send them back to Gaza. According to sources at the airport who welcomed the group and spoke to Haaretz, they were informed that South African authorities refused to allow the passengers to disembark, stating that they were neither wounded nor sick nor held dual citizenship.

The newspaper added that this was the second group of Gazans traveling to South Africa in the past two weeks, noting that the previous group took the same route and entered Johannesburg without any problems.

The Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) said that the departure of Gazans is usually coordinated directly between Israeli authorities and the receiving countries in cases of dual nationals or students with study visas, or through the World Health Organization, which oversees the evacuation of wounded and sick patients to host countries.

The newspaper concluded that before the ceasefire in Gaza, a security source said that after U.S. President Donald Trump announced a plan to transfer Gaza residents outside the Strip, the Israeli government decided to ease restrictions on Palestinians wishing to leave. Among the measures was a significant easing of security standards. According to the source, at least 95% of exit requests are now approved, compared to a much lower percentage before the government decision.

Israel currently allows Gaza residents to leave via two main routes: transferring them to Ramon Airport if the receiving country sends a plane to pick them up, or through the Allenby Bridge crossing to Jordan. So far, about 7,000 Palestinians have left Gaza through the Kerem Abu Salem crossing, either heading to Jordan or traveling abroad via Ramon Airport, while about 30,000 others have exited to Egypt through the Rafah crossing.

Flight Details

According to information obtained by Haaretz, the latest flight in November 2025 departed Gaza early Wednesday morning.

From Kerem Abu Salem crossing, they were transported by buses to Ramon Airport near Eilat, where they boarded a chartered flight to Nairobi, Kenya. There, they transferred to another chartered plane that landed in Johannesburg on Thursday morning.

Reviewing the flight records departing Eilat towards Kenya revealed a plane belonging to FLYYO, a Romanian commercial airline led by CEO Zev Maybridge, an Israeli national.

The company began operations in Israel in February 2025, raising suspicions about its dealings with Israel. One month later, the Israeli Immigration Office announced the start of transferring Gazans in the same month to countries in Africa and Asia.

Reviewing the company's aircraft registry showed one plane with registration number YR-ADD, which had no flights from Israel to Africa except this flight on November 12.

This plane departed Ramon Airport near Eilat on Wednesday, November 12, at 17:00 GMT (7:00 PM Israel time) and arrived in Nairobi at 21:59 GMT (11:59 PM Israel time).

Tracking the plane that transported passengers from Nairobi to South Africa, the Johannesburg airport records showed only one plane landing from Nairobi on Thursday, November 13, 2025.

The plane belongs to South African company Global Aviation, registration ZS-GAC, a commercial transport aircraft usually operating passenger routes between South Africa and Kenya. It departed at 02:07 GMT, about five hours after the flight believed to have carried the Gazans arrived in Johannesburg at 06:19 GMT.

This was not the first time the plane is believed to have transported Gazans from Gaza. According to reports, the first transfer flight was on March 19, 2025, when 70 Gazans holding foreign nationalities or with family ties abroad left Ramon Airport in southern Israel on a Romanian military plane headed to Europe. Israeli authorities said they assisted in the evacuation as part of their migration policy.

Indeed, a Romanian military plane left Ramon Airport for Romania on March 19, 2025, with registration number 6166, model C130.

This flight was repeated on September 17, 2025, when another Romanian military plane, registration 9143, also a C130, departed Ramon Airport to Romania. On the same day, several Israeli sources reported that 550 people left Gaza to various destinations (including Romania). COGAT said most who left Gaza that day were Palestinian patients and their caregivers.

Haaretz reported that a group of 57 Gaza residents left the Strip on May 27, 2025. The night before their departure, dozens of residents received a WhatsApp message with a specific address in the Strip to go to. From there, they were bused to the Kerem Abu Salem crossing.

After Israeli inspection, the bus departed to Ramon Airport, where the group boarded a chartered plane from Romanian company Flylili, which flew to Budapest. From there, the travelers continued to Indonesia and Malaysia.

Reviewing Flylili's flights showed a flight from Eilat to Budapest on May 27, 2025, flight number FL7000, which had no similar recorded flights, unlike repeated flights of the second plane.

Haaretz also reported that on October 27, a group of 150 people departed in a similar operation to the November one. Three buses left the central area through Kerem Abu Salem crossing and flew on a chartered plane from Romanian company FlyYo to Nairobi. From there, they were transferred to a chartered plane from Lift that took them to Johannesburg, where they were allowed entry without problems.

FlyYo, the Romanian company that transported Gaza residents from Ramon Airport to Kenya, operates daily charter flights from Ben Gurion Airport to destinations in Europe.

FlyYo's owner, Zev Maybridge, confirmed details to Haaretz but claimed FlyYo does not deal with any entity, adding that an Israeli travel agent working with the company booked the two flights.

According to flight tracking data, the group departed southern Israel on October 27, 2025, to Nairobi on an Airbus A320 registered YR-ADD operated by FlyYo.

The group continued their journey at 1 AM on October 28 from Nairobi to Johannesburg on flight QS901, aboard another Airbus A320 operated by Global Aviation, making South Africa their final destination.

A report about FlyLili in February 2025 indicated the company began expanding operations and flying to Tel Aviv, raising suspicions about its dealings with Israel.

One month later, the Israeli Immigration Office announced the start of transferring Gazans to African and Asian countries, similar to FlyYo's operations. The company is also accused of transporting mercenaries to Congo.

After reviewing suspicious flight records, we investigated involved parties and extracted key findings about their activities and falsification of their work, linking them to shell companies.

A report published by Yedioth Ahronoth cited an Israeli military official stating that an organization called "Al-Majd Europe Association" was responsible for evacuating more than 150 Palestinians from Gaza. Israel accompanied buses transporting passengers from Gaza to Kerem Abu Salem crossing and then to Ramon Airport for transfer abroad.

Declared Activity: Al-Majd Europe presents itself on its official website as a non-profit humanitarian entity, allegedly founded in Germany in 2010—though no evidence supports this founding date—and aims to support Muslim communities affected by conflicts. The site lists activities including medical relief, education, and sustainable development opportunities, boasting that it provided safe corridors and evacuated hundreds.

Its digital presence is polished and humanitarian in tone, but the site lacks any legal registration, charity number, or physical address in Europe, only mentioning a headquarters in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem and WhatsApp contact numbers.

No branches exist in Germany as claimed; extensive searches found no trace of branches under this name, either through various search tools or in German. The organization appears to hide behind claims of German branches to falsely legitimize itself and mislead others about its international reach and credibility, while reality shows the opposite.

Geographical Analysis: Analyzing the organization's location shows its declared headquarters is in Sheikh Jarrah, Jerusalem, as indicated on its Facebook page and website. However, Google Maps shows no company by this name at the indicated location (there is a hospital and café at the site).

Contact Numbers:

Organization phone: +972507556276

Moeid (official): +97259-928-6979

Adnan (official): +97250-697-9005

Omar (official): +97252-737-7343

Digital Presence and Identity: Despite the humanitarian rhetoric on its website, analysis of its digital footprint reveals significant structural gaps raising suspicion. From a carefully designed digital identity to lack of legal registration or physical address, and WhatsApp numbers collecting sensitive data, the impression is of a misleading digital front rather than a genuine charity.

Official Website Data: Domain almajdeurope.org was registered recently on February 2, 2025, via Namecheap with owner privacy protection (Iceland).

Scamadviser, a technical and digital indicator tool, rates the site as "low trust," which is not conclusive but a cautionary sign.

Content: The site features a polished interface in Arabic and English with sections on "Relief," "Medical Work," and "Success Stories," but images are often AI-generated or taken from other sites.

Legal Transparency: No European charity registration number or official recognition documents exist. EU databases show no mention of the organization.

Social Media Accounts: Facebook page created in April 2025 (very late compared to claimed 2010 founding), inactive with no content or activity.

Followers and Administrators Critical of Hamas!

Most followers and interactors criticize Hamas and the situation in Gaza. One interacting account on the organization's Facebook page belongs to a Gazan resident in Israel.

Others criticize Hamas due to Gaza's conditions.

Twitter (X): Account inactive, created December 2024, follows 10 accounts, followed by 4 including two fake accounts and another fake but active account also criticizing Hamas.

The account follows international organizations like Amnesty International, the UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories, and Al-Quds Network.

Instagram: Inactive account created February 2025, followed by 21 mostly genuine accounts.

LinkedIn: No organization account despite website claims.

Timeline of Organization Activity

Officials: One opposes Hamas, the other is fake.

The site lists two people as responsible: one as "Project Manager" and the other as head of the "Jerusalem Humanitarian Project."

Investigations reveal both identities raise many questions regarding their true identity and the nature of their photos and information.

The Project Manager is a Gazan fitness trainer with no political record, who according to the organization leads and coordinates humanitarian aid projects in Gaza, manages resources and partners, and ensures timely and effective support to affected communities.

Reverse image search found a match; he was known in Gaza sports circles, especially in arm wrestling.

Moeid Saidem's social media accounts reveal an anti-Hamas stance and support for the Palestinian Authority.

He follows many figures and pages linked to the Palestinian Authority.

He announced in a post that he left Gaza in June 2025, notably departing from an Israeli airport, posting a photo on June 16 next to a plane bearing the Romanian company Flylili's logo. Verification confirmed the plane belonged to that company and model.

Flylili recently signed cooperation agreements with Israeli airline Arkia, raising further questions about his departure and his appearance as a front for Al-Majd Europe.

The plane in the photo matches in shape and color a plane registered YR-LIC belonging to Lili, the same plane that flew from Eilat to Budapest on May 27, 2025, carrying Gazans.

Analysis of sunlight and shadows in the photo, based on the plane's parking location identified via FlightRadar and sun direction, suggests Moeid's flight was likely the May departure from Ramon Airport.

A photo posted by Moeid on October 28 shows a tower behind him identified as one of the Autograph Towers in Jakarta, Indonesia. Analysis also showed he was sitting at Cloud Lounge restaurant at coordinates (6°11'39.0"S 106°49'22.0"E), confirmed by a matching photo of the restaurant's view.

Notably, he asked Instagram followers to support his family’s exit from Gaza via GoFundMe.

Data analysis of phone numbers and accessible accounts shows he has Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and X accounts.

Research on this support found his wife, Reem Saidem, requested help on GoFundMe in May 2024 to leave to a "safe place," as described.

Moeid's travel destination in June 2025 was unspecified but likely to his family, who may also have left Gaza.

Later, photos posted by his wife on Facebook showed their children inside schools in Indonesia.

Indonesia is one of the promoted destinations to receive displaced Gazans, though the Indonesian government has repeatedly denied these reports and rejected Palestinian displacement.

Reports recently mentioned flights from Israel to Europe, then to Indonesia and Malaysia.

Similarly, a Gazan named Ali Shaath living in Belgium claimed to have contacted Moeid Saidem, alleging a batch of citizens would be evacuated at the time of his video and that he received $1,400 from 230 people registered via the website.

However, weeks later, Ali deleted all statements about Al-Majd Europe and has not spoken about it since. He said in videos he personally contacted Moeid to confirm or deny evacuation operations and to ensure it was not a scam.

This raises questions about Ali Shaath’s relationship with the organization, especially since he posted videos about it and suspicions about its credibility and backers. Personal page searches show he is also anti-Hamas, exemplified by a post criticizing Hamas.

Who is the Second Person in Al-Majd Europe?

The site lists a person named "Adnan" as responsible for the Jerusalem Humanitarian Project, but no matching person or image was found via search engines or specialized tools like TinEye, which scanned over 76.9 billion images with no match.

The Sightengine tool classified the image as 99% AI-generated, with clear signs of GAN (Generative Adversarial Network) technology.

Close examination shows unnatural mouth details and facial features common in AI-generated images.

Reverse image search showed the face resembles images used in cosmetic product promotions, suggesting the photo is a generic or AI-generated promotional model, not a real person.

The phone number listed for "Adnan" (+97250-697-9005) is an Israeli WhatsApp-only number with no office or fixed address, increasing doubts about his existence.

Searching data linked to this number showed activity only on WhatsApp, unlike Moeid Saidem, supporting the hypothesis that Adnan is a fake persona serving as a front for the site.

Summary: Adnan is likely not a real person but a fake front. Data indicates his image is largely AI-generated, with no name or photo in public or professional databases. His phone number appears in Israeli databases, suggesting the organization created a fake persona to falsely legitimize itself to followers and potential supporters.

Omar: As mentioned earlier, the organization lists Omar as a contact person with phone number +972527377343. Searches linked this number to a WhatsApp account displaying the organization’s logo, associated with a person named Omar Al-Qawasmi according to Truecaller, and linked to Facebook and Telegram accounts.

Unlike the fake Adnan number, Omar’s number is connected to official Palestinian databases, including the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), which publishes annual official reports with extensive statistical indicators about Palestine for 2019.

However, no personal photo or clear digital presence exists for Omar, suggesting the only real person is Moeid, while others lack evidence of real existence within the organization.

Fabricated Fake Activities and Visual Evidence Exposing the Organization’s Fraud

Besides conflicting information, reviewing visual materials on the official site reveals the extent of deception used to mislead the public and present a false humanitarian image.

Notably, the site uses AI-generated images, confirmed by image analysis tools. The presence of such images raises serious questions about the credibility and true identity of those behind the site.

One analyzed image via Sightengine was 99% AI-generated, with the model identified as GPT-4o at 98% confidence.

This reinforces suspicions that the organization attempts to create a misleading visual front to falsely legitimize itself, especially since the company’s location does not appear on Google Maps and no photos of offices exist.

Additionally, the site posted images of field medical camps claiming to provide health services to affected people, stating it owns 15 mobile clinics and over 200 medical specialists.

Reverse image search revealed the photo actually shows a tent set up by the Kuwaiti hospital in Khan Younis, with no independent source confirming the claimed numbers or activities.

The organization also posted a humanitarian story about evacuating a woman named "Mona" from the Syrian war in 2013, using a photo of a woman in a crowded city.

Reverse search showed the woman is actually Abeer Khayyat, who left Syria in 2018, while the original photo was published on Middle East Eye and dates back to 2012.

These examples show the organization relies on fake or stolen images and stories to mislead public opinion and falsely legitimize its activities, while evidence proves otherwise.

Indonesia Trip: Medical Training Facade and Underlying Displacement

In April 2024, the organization published a report about a group of doctors traveling from Gaza to Indonesia for medical training. While seemingly humanitarian, this raises questions about whether it is part of a broader program aimed at resettling Palestinians abroad.

Israeli sites like The Times of Israel published in March 2025 (a month before the organization’s report) news about a pilot program to transfer 100 Gazans to Indonesia, with thousands more to follow if successful. This aligns suspiciously with the organization’s humanitarian rhetoric, while reality suggests possible alignment with old Israeli policies aiming to empty Gaza of its population.

Further clarity on the organization’s true goals comes from its official registration form, which explicitly restricts services to Gaza residents living inside the Strip. This condition clearly targets a specific segment of Palestinians, not refugees or needy people generally, as the organization claims.

Thus, the project directly intersects with displacement policies by collecting sensitive personal data from Gaza residents only, potentially using this information as part of arrangements related to deportation or resettlement under a humanitarian guise.

Therefore, Al-Majd Europe’s claimed humanitarian roles may be either a cover for an Israeli political project aimed at gradually displacing Gaza residents or a fake organization designed to commit financial fraud and collect sensitive data through false promises of migration or aid.

2. Israeli Immigration Office

This office is one of the main entities involved in displacing Gazans. Haaretz reported that the Israeli Immigration Office coordinates and facilitates the departure of Gazans.

Research showed the office was established on March 23, 2025. Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that the Israeli Security Cabinet approved the creation of a "Voluntary Immigration Office for Gaza residents wishing to move to third countries," according to Israeli and international law.

He said the directorate would work in coordination with international organizations and other government bodies, following government directives, coordinating relevant ministries’ activities, and complying with Israeli and international law.

Katz noted that the Palestinians’ departure from Gaza—which faces accusations of ethnic cleansing—would be implemented through "establishing pedestrian security checkpoints at specific crossings inside Gaza, in addition to coordinating infrastructure allowing passage by land, sea, and air to target countries."

The office’s establishment coincided with the creation of Al-Majd Europe’s Facebook page in April 2025.

This timing suggests that Al-Majd Europe is not just an ordinary humanitarian organization but part of an organized network related to migration and asylum operations under official or semi-official auspices, supported by immigration offices and services that see an opportunity to implement occupation plans.

The first Gazan transfer flights were on March 19, when 70 Gazans holding foreign nationalities or with family ties abroad left Ramon Airport on a Romanian military plane to Europe. Israeli authorities said they assisted in the evacuation as part of their migration policy.

Tomer Lind: A Key Figure in the Story

Haaretz mentioned an Israeli-Estonian businessman named Tomer Lind behind the humanitarian Al-Majd organization, whose name appeared in documents and correspondence related to travel operations.

Tomer Lind holds Israeli and Estonian citizenships and founded a consulting company in Estonia called Talent Globus OÜ in July 2024.

Talent Globus is officially registered, founded recently in July 2024, providing specialized consulting and recruitment services.

The company aims to connect leading institutions with global talents through employment solutions and strategic consulting to achieve sustainable business growth.

Based in Tallinn, Estonia’s capital, it focuses on continuously improving recruitment quality and selecting suitable competencies to meet company goals.

Estonian company records show only Tomer Lind on the board of directors.

No other employees are registered besides Lind.

The company’s capital is only 301 euros, and its sales in Q3 2025 were 47,289 euros, raising serious doubts about its legitimacy.

The company has one branch registered at:

Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145

The website lists two branch addresses.

Similar to Haaretz’s findings about Al-Majd Europe lacking a real address, Talent Globus OÜ has a similar status with no registration or proof of physical presence in the countries where it claims branches, raising questions about credibility and transparency.

According to the website:

Tomer Lind: Founder and CEO

David Chen: Head of Consulting

Maria Rodriguez: Global Recruitment Manager

Searching social media for these names found only Tomer Lind. Many media outlets failed to verify these individuals, but our deep research uncovered suspicious findings.

Lind has Facebook and LinkedIn accounts. Reverse image searches revealed:

James Thomson: Reverse image searches found 330 results from various sources, mostly showing the image used as a "customer" or "feedback" on company websites, with different names like Mike Hudson or Michael.

Maria Rodriguez: No social media accounts found. Reverse image search showed 277 results, mostly images used as "customers" or "feedback" on company sites with different names.

News sites used her photo with official source attribution to unsplash.com, a platform for high-quality, copyright-free images.

The official Unsplash account named Christina posted the photo in November 2019, years before Talent Globus OÜ was founded.

David Chen: No social media accounts found. Reverse image search showed 1002 results, mostly images used as "customers" with feedback on a supposed educational institution’s site in Arcobia, Peru.

Summary

The investigation confirmed that the only real person among the company’s claimed members is CEO Tomer Lind, verified via official social media accounts. The other claimed members—James Thomson, Maria Rodriguez, and David Chen—appear to use fake or borrowed identities, indicating the company’s structure and assets are based on misleading or false information, supporting the hypothesis that the company is a sham used for suspicious purposes, similar to Al-Majd Europe.

Kalev Consulting

This company is a private consulting entity established to provide multiple services including consulting, resettlement, logistical support, and others to governments. It claims its headquarters are in Doha, Qatar, and its main founder is Tom Lind (Tomer Janar Lind), who serves as founder and chief consultant.

Available information indicates Kalev Consulting offers specialized services including:

One suspicious aspect of both Kalev Consulting and Talent Globus is the lack of information about employees and organizational structure.

WHOIS Registration Information:

Domain: kalevconsulting.com

IP Address: 162.0.217.84

Registrar: NameCheap, Inc.

WHOIS Server: whois.namecheap.com

Creation Date: May 23, 2025 (coinciding with Palestinian displacement flights and Talent Globus activity period)

Expiration Date: May 23, 2026

The Jerusalem Post reported that according to Lind’s LinkedIn page, he founded Kalev Consulting in Doha, Qatar, in January 2025. The company claims to provide "transition and travel support" and "coordination with government and non-profit organizations," but its phone number is invalid and its location is listed as Dubai.

Research into Lind’s involvement found official UK company records showing he founded or managed several companies, many likely shell companies or fronts for other activities. This section analyzes these companies, their records, and associated individuals.

Registered Addresses in the UK

Companies founded or managed by Lind in the UK (mostly suspected fronts for suspicious activities like his own company).

Note: These may not necessarily be linked to displacement suspicions, but their records and dates are suspicious, especially since all belong to the same Israeli/Estonian individual, Tomer Lind.

Frequent changes and resignations among directors and registrants raised suspicions.

Shell companies are business entities existing only on paper, lacking active operations, significant assets, or physical presence.

Israel has previously used such patterns to conceal those behind operations, such as the "Beeper" operation involving many interconnected shell companies acting as intermediaries between Hezbollah and the beeper manufacturer.

Far-Right and Gaza Evacuation Plans: Kobi Blitstein and His Connection to the Immigration Office

Haaretz reported links between the flights and the Voluntary Immigration Office established in March 2025 to displace Gazans. Research into Blitstein’s history related to displacement revealed:

In March 2025, after a meeting between Katz and military leaders, the Voluntary Immigration Office was announced, appointing Kobi Blitstein as head.

Reserve Colonel Kobi Blitstein is a prominent Israeli government official with extensive public and military administration experience. Born May 3, 1960, in Kibbutz Yad Mordechai, he served 25 years in the Israeli army’s communications corps before retiring as a reserve colonel.

His career included senior leadership roles in several Israeli ministries: head of the "Israel Roads" project with investments of 27.5 billion shekels (2011-2016), deputy director general of the Ministry of Transport (2016-2020), acting director general of the Ministry of Finance (2021), director general of the Ministry of Energy (2023-2024), director general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2023-2024), and currently deputy director general of the Ministry of Defense since November 2024.

The office is under the Ministry of Defense, aiming to coordinate efforts to facilitate voluntary departure of Gaza residents to third countries. Defense Minister Katz said "at least 40% of Gaza’s population is interested in migrating elsewhere," based on Israeli assessments.

Blitstein’s Relationship with Far-Right Ministers Katz and Smotrich

Blitstein has a strong relationship with Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, trusted with major files including director general of the Ministry of Energy in January 2023 during the "Iron Swords" war, then director general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the same year, and since November 2024 deputy director general of the Ministry of Defense. Katz chose him to lead the newly established directorate for voluntary Gaza resident transfer in March 2025.

He shares this role with Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, a key driver behind the project, who publicly announced in March 2025 the Netanyahu-Katz government’s intention to establish a "Migration Administration" overseeing the transfer of Gaza residents from the coastal belt. Smotrich estimated Israel could transfer 1.8 million Palestinians within six months if 5,000 Gazans were moved daily.

Smotrich also said the government is working with U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration to identify receiving countries and claimed "at least 40% of Gaza’s population wants to migrate."

Observers see Blitstein’s appointment as completing the controversial plan for "ethnic cleansing." While Blitstein was announced as head of the office, Smotrich tweeted congratulations, calling the step important and pivotal for future generations of the Jewish people (a step to remove and displace Palestinians).
