Various areas of the stadium benefit from high-quality equipment, including comfortable gear, dedicated recovery zones, suitable preparation spaces, and a new-generation multidisciplinary clinic serving both athletes and spectators alike.

With a seating capacity of 68,700, the stadium includes three types of hospitality areas: 110 private boxes, five reception lounges capable of accommodating about 5,400 people, and a dedicated space for persons with disabilities.

The complex also includes a media area designed for the written, visual, and audio press, equipped with all necessary logistical and technical facilities, alongside a conference hall and three meeting rooms suitable for hosting professional events and official meetings.

Regarding food services, the stadium houses a central kitchen and subsidiary kitchens that ensure quality for spectators and guests, in addition to numerous commercial spaces, including five areas dedicated to brand outlets, enriching the visitor experience.

Construction work also included five technical facilities to facilitate access to the stadium, along with the development of six parking lots.

On the technological front, the stadium is equipped with an advanced lighting system compliant with FIFA (A) standards, ensuring ideal illumination during international competitions and high-definition television broadcasts. It is also equipped with a sophisticated surveillance system comprising 800 cameras supported by artificial intelligence technologies to enhance security and safety within the venue.

Visually, this facility features two giant screens along with a surrounding LED screen, ensuring clear visibility and an enjoyable experience for the audience.
