Qena University Prepares for the Start of First Semester Exams

Dr. Ahmed Akkawi, President of Qena University, announced the completion of all necessary preparations to start the first semester exams for the current academic year. This comes as part of the university's commitment to ensuring the smooth conduct of the examination process across various faculties and providing a suitable educational environment that guarantees students can take their exams in stable and safe conditions, in accordance with the governing rules and regulations.

The university president explained that the preparations included finalizing the exam schedules and announcing them to students on the specified dates, in addition to preparing the examination committees to ensure discipline and commitment. Security, cleanliness, and medical care personnel were also provided, along with all organizational measures to ensure a suitable exam environment that helps students focus and achieve their best performance.

Akkawi emphasized that Qena University pays great attention to the examination process, stressing the necessity of full adherence to the rules regulating the exam process and ensuring equal opportunities for all students, with a commitment to transparency and accuracy in grading and recording scores.

He also directed the deans of faculties, faculty members, and those responsible for the examination process to maintain continuous field presence to monitor the progress of exams and promptly address any obstacles that may arise, contributing to the exams being conducted in a manner that reflects the stability and regularity of the educational process within the university.

Dr. Ashraf Mousa, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, stated that the university has taken all necessary measures to ensure the smooth running of exams across various faculties, pointing to continuous coordination between the relevant departments to provide a suitable atmosphere for students. He stressed the importance of adhering to organizational procedures within the committees and facilitating support and care for students to ensure exams are conducted easily and smoothly, achieving the highest levels of discipline during the exam period.
