Qatar Provides Comprehensive Media Services to Support Journalists at the Arab Cup

The Local Organizing Committee for the 2025 Arab Cup in Qatar has provided a comprehensive range of media services and modern production facilities at all stadiums and tournament venues to support journalists and media representatives covering the sporting event.

Through a strategic partnership with Qatar Media City, the Local Organizing Committee established facilities specifically designed to serve media representatives from across the region.

These facilities include the main media center at the Qatar National Convention Center, in addition to a dedicated broadcast center for the tournament at Souq Waqif, the preferred destination for fans during the championship.

These facilities provide services to 1,300 media outlets representing 70 countries.

Mohamed Al-Khanji, Director of Local and Regional Media at the Tournament Organizing Committee, said: "We aim to provide a work environment equipped with all the resources journalists need to enable them to perform their tasks professionally."

He added: "The facilities dedicated to journalists feature infrastructure that meets global standards and are designed to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to deliver comprehensive coverage of the tournament."

The main media center, located at the Qatar National Convention Center, offers a fully equipped workspace, including an information desk to serve journalists, interview areas, media briefing rooms, along with hospitality services and operational support including technical and administrative assistance.

A studio equipped with advanced technologies

The Local Organizing Committee also provides journalists the opportunity to use the broadcast center at Souq Waqif, the cultural and tourist hub in Qatar, which includes two studios equipped with the latest broadcasting, lighting, and filming systems, managed by a production team with extensive experience.

Through these facilities, 16 channels broadcast daily programs about the tournament. The strategic location of the broadcast studios offers a cultural backdrop from the vibrant heart of Doha, enabling channels to connect live tournament coverage with lively atmospheres in one of Qatar's most prominent heritage landmarks.

In addition to the main centers, there are specialized media centers at the six stadiums hosting the Arab Cup - Qatar 2025 matches.

The media services provided during the 2025 Arab "World Cup" reflect the Local Organizing Committee's commitment to engaging fans across the Arab world and ensuring the tournament's coverage reaches audiences both regionally and internationally.
